Taken from the finest menus of the day—at legendary venues like Sans Souci, Monsignor, and Tropicana itself—it transports diners into a world where European finesse, American brash, and classic Cuban soul collide on the streets of mid-century Havana.

Served while you watch—vintage fine dining meets vibrant street food; timeless recipes with theatrical storytelling; everything coming together in a thrilling tribute to the city known as ‘The Pearl Of The Caribbean’. This is haute cuisine 'Tropical' - served only at Paradise Under The Stars.

Tropicana's Bar 'Los Jardines' serves a menu of classic Cuban cocktails, fantasy tropical creations, and exclusive club specials - every sip a guaranteed taste of paradise...

El Tropicana, Mai Tai, Pina Colada, Island Punch - poetry from the golden era of tropical mixology, made with fine Cuban rums, island citrus and Antillean spice. Daiquiris, served frozen or - as Mr Hemmingway prefers - Papa Doble. And Cuban classics - Havana especiale, Mojitos, Rum Old Fashioned and Martinis.
